My Hair Care Wish List: 5 Products I Want to Try

There are always a few hair care products that catch my attention and immediately make their way onto my wish list. Whether it’s a new treatment promising softer, healthier-looking hair, a scalp care product, or a luxurious hair fragrance, I love discovering products that can make my hair care routine feel a little more elevated.

Right now, these five products are at the top of my hair care wish list. From affordable scalp treatments to a splurge-worthy hair perfume, here are the products I’m hoping to add to my routine.

1. Design Essentials Honey Crème Masque – $20

Design Essentials Honey Crème Masque at Ulta Beauty

First on my hair care wish list is the Design Essentials Honey Crème Masque. Priced at $20, this looks like the kind of product I would want to reach for when my hair needs some extra moisture and TLC.

Hair masks are one of my favorite ways to add a little extra care to wash day, especially when my hair is feeling dry or needs a boost of hydration. The creamy texture and honey-focused formula are what initially caught my attention.

At $20, this also feels like a relatively affordable addition to my routine. I'm definitely curious to see how it performs and whether it can leave my hair feeling softer and more moisturized.

Wish list status: Definitely want to try it!

2. Design Essentials Skin & Scalp Care Edge Temple Serum – $10

Next up is the Design Essentials Skin & Scalp Care Edge Temple Serum, and the $10 price tag definitely makes this one tempting.

Scalp and edge care have become such an important part of my overall hair care routine, so I'm always interested in products specifically designed for these areas. A serum that can be easily incorporated into my routine without requiring a huge commitment sounds especially appealing.

At only $10, this is one of the easiest products on my list to justify picking up. Sometimes the most exciting additions to a hair care collection are the simple, targeted products that you can use consistently.

Wish list status: An affordable product I'm very curious about.

3. Cécred Temple Oud Hair Perfume – $54

Now for the splurge!

The Cécred Temple Oud Hair Perfume is definitely the luxury pick on my hair care wish list. At $54, this is more of a treat than an everyday impulse purchase, but the idea of having a dedicated fragrance for my hair is incredibly appealing.

Hair perfumes are such a fun way to make your hair care routine feel more luxurious. Instead of simply washing, conditioning, and styling your hair, you can finish everything off with a beautiful scent.

The Temple Oud name also immediately makes me curious about the fragrance itself. Oud is such a rich and distinctive fragrance note, so I'm especially interested in experiencing how this particular scent works as a hair perfume.

Wish list status: The luxury splurge.

4. PATTERN Revitalizing Scalp Scrub – $29

PATTERN Revitalizing Scalp Scrub at Ulta Beauty

Another product I'm eyeing is the PATTERN Revitalizing Scalp Scrub. Priced at $29, this is the kind of product that could make wash day feel like a full scalp-care experience.

I've been increasingly interested in scalp care because a healthy-feeling scalp is such an important part of maintaining a good hair care routine. A scalp scrub can be an appealing way to give your scalp some additional attention rather than focusing exclusively on the hair itself.

I'm particularly interested in seeing how this compares with a traditional shampoo and whether it leaves the scalp feeling refreshed without making my hair feel stripped.

Wish list status: I'm ready to give my scalp care routine an upgrade.

5. PATTERN Detox Shampoo – $25

PATTERN Detox Shampoo at Ulta Beauty

Last but certainly not least is the PATTERN Detox Shampoo, which is currently high on my list of shampoos I want to try.

A detox shampoo can be especially appealing when you feel like your regular hair care products aren't completely washing away buildup. Between styling products, oils, conditioners, and other products that can accumulate over time, having a shampoo specifically designed for a deeper cleanse can be useful.

At $25, this one falls somewhere in the middle of my wish list in terms of price. I'm curious to see whether it provides that clean, refreshed feeling while still being gentle enough to work into a regular hair care routine.

Wish list status: Definitely on my wash-day wish list.

Final Thoughts

My current hair care wish list has a little bit of everything: moisturizing treatments, scalp care, a detox shampoo, edge care, and even a luxurious hair fragrance.

If I had to narrow the list down, the Design Essentials Honey Crème Masque and PATTERN Detox Shampoo would probably be at the top of my list for everyday hair care, while the Cécred Temple Oud Hair Perfume would be my luxury splurge.

Of course, a wish list is the perfect excuse to keep discovering new products. These five have definitely caught my attention, and now the question is: which one should I try first?
