Wish List Fall 2018

I have definitely been slacking on my blogging this summer. However, now I'm back and starting with my favorite type of post, a wishlist. There were so many interesting products that came out over the summer. Plus with most fall releases rolling out I basically want to buy all the makeup. I tried to narrow the list down to a few products I really want.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation, $43

I love products in stick form. They are easy to apply and keep my hands clean. I've now started using creamy stick products to contour and highlight my face. Bobbi Brown makes the best stick foundations, however, I'm willing to give this one a try. At $43 it has to be amazing or else, I'm returning it.

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation, $39

In general, I've had a mixed experience when it comes to Too Faced cosmetics. I had a serve allergic reaction after using their face primer, so I stop using their products. Last year I tried their Better Than Sex Mascara and now it is one of my favorites. I am a huge Jackie Aina fan so when collaborated with Too Faced to extend the shade range I was excited. Now the summer is over and my face is less sweaty I really want to get this foundation. The new shade look like they will make it a lot easier for me to find a shade match.

Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer, $29

I'm not usually one of those people who buy the concealer to match the foundation. However, my sister bought the concealer and she loves it. So naturally, now I have to get my hands on it. Since I've had allergic reactions in the past after using Too Faced products I'll probably try each product independently first.

Laura Mercier Translucent Pressed Setting Powder, $38

Laura Mercier's Loose Translucent Powder in the shade medium-deep literally shaved my makeup life. I will soon have a video on it praising its performance and texture. Since I need to touch up my makeup on the go, it only makes sense to try the pressed version. My t-zone can get very oily throughout the course of the day. I'm hoping this product will stop shine right in its tracks.

Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask, $26

The skin on my lips is so dry. The fact I use so many lip products probably doesn't help either. Although I love my chapstick, I need something else that will really help increase the moisture. I usually don't use lip scrubs because I hate the containers. I used to love Bite Beauty's lip primer so I'm excited to try this.

Morphe Set 681- 18 piece sable brush set, $39

This is an amazing deal! A set of 18 brushes for 40 bucks. I'm pretty sure I've paid that much for one brush. What made me curious about Morphe is that they are opening a store near me. I haven't tried anything from the brand so I figure brushes are a good place to start. And I need more brushes.

Ikee Design Acrylic Bamboo Rotating Makeup Accessory Cosmetic Brush Office Supply Holder, $32

Since I'm looking into purchasing even more brushes, I should figure out a better way to store them. Currently, I have a couple of old coffee mugs that I randomly jam my brushes into. In theory, I would like to store the brushes in groups by type in order to make finding a specific brush a lot easier. Based on my current collection I'm probably going to need two of these.
